Privacy Notice
BoxCraftly is operated by 上海贝多莱电子商务有限公司. This notice applies to the current product showcase and anonymous packaging design experience, not to customer accounts or online transactions.
Local designs. Original images, design drafts and local previews are stored in your current browser. Clearing browser data may remove them. Account-based cloud saving and complete cross-device recovery are not available.
Preview computation. Dimensions, materials and structural configurations, including windows, are sent to the server to calculate packaging previews. Not all design-related data is processed solely on your device. This showcase does not provide customer original-image uploads or cloud project storage.
Hosting and processing location. The website and packaging preview computation are hosted on an Alibaba Cloud server in the China (Hong Kong) region, where structural configurations are processed. Cloud Assistant, a cloud backup client and Alibaba Cloud security components run on this instance. Their operations, security and backup logs are managed separately from website technical logs. System logs are configured for weekly rotation with four archived files retained, not a uniform seven-day period. We have not verified every field, processing location or retention period for cloud-component local logs or provider-internal logs. The presence of a backup client does not establish verified automatic cloud backups.
Cloud-account audit. Audits of console and API cloud-resource administration are not website access logs. Alibaba Cloud states that its default history covers the most recent 90 days of control-plane events, including console sign-ins and resource changes. Additional long-term delivery, data-event collection or retention for this account has not been verified. We do not claim that all cloud logs are retained for only 90 days.
Technical logs. The website application and proxy use separate technical logs containing service events, times, output sources and exit statuses. Request query parameters, request bodies, cookies, passwords, tokens, configuration secrets and unfiltered error stacks are not retained in these logs. The retention target is no more than seven days and 200 MiB in total, enforced through log rotation and cleanup rather than an instantaneous hard ceiling. This rule does not apply to Alibaba Cloud platform logs or support emails.
Contact email. Messages sent to our support address are processed by Gmail; email processing should not be assumed to occur only in Hong Kong. We use their contents to respond to enquiries. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment credentials or other sensitive information by ordinary email. Our rule is to retain necessary emails and attachments for no more than 90 days after an enquiry closes, review them monthly and delete them within that period, including relevant sent messages and trash copies. Where disputes or legal obligations require longer retention, only necessary records are retained and reviewed periodically. This operator rule does not define Gmail's own retention. Deleting messages from our account does not mean that Google immediately destroys all copies in its systems, backups or other recipients' accounts.
